The threat of violence in the workplace continues to pose a challenge in businesses, schools and other organizations, not only for employees, co-workers and their families, but also for managers and professionals such as Human Resources, EAP counselors and others charged with providing services to people who need them.
As a subject matter expert on crisis intervention, including assessment of lethality, my writings have been used in the US and abroad to: train front line workers; assist victims in the recovery process; and equip leaders with tools to implement and evaluate intervention programs.
