Faith Based Organizations

In the years since completing graduate studies in theology (Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and psychology (State University of New York at Buffalo (M.A., Ph.D.), I have had the privilege of working with many clergy and lay groups on the integration of faith and behavioral science principles with a view to strengthening and enriching "life together" at home, in the church and in the workplace.

The conflict resolution component of this work is based on Judeo-Christian biblical principles regarding reconciliation, forgiveness and a step-wise approach to dealing with conflict (Mathew 18).   We have offered training, consultation and mediation using this model to numerous Protestant and Non-Denominational groups, as well as Roman Catholic organizations.

Two upcoming courses are open to the public:

  • “Conflict and Conciliation”, CN506, Fuller Theological Seminary (Houston, Texas), M.Div. course, April 20-12, May 4-5, 18-19 and 25-26, 2012.
  • “Dispute Resolution and Religion”, Pepperdine School of Law, May 29-June 2, 2012.

If you would like to explore mediation, training or other assistance for your church or faith based organization, please call or email to schedule a telephone conference.
